Keith’s Spice Broiled Lobster Tails
- Split lobster tails down center.
- Release meat from sides, and pull lobster meat above shell.
- Mix mayonnaise and Keith Lorren's All Purpose Seasoning and spread evenly over each lobster tail.
- Broil for 6-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Melt butter and add chopped parsley.
- Mix well and drizzle 1 teaspoon of parsley-butter over each tail.
- Reserve the rest of parsley-butter for dipping and enjoy!!!
- Serve with Keith's Towering Twice Baked Potatoes, and a nice salad!
